A scandal is diddling an intern in the oval office with a cigar. The Obama regime was a treason regime. This was/is a massive conspiracy of high treason.
When you morph the various governmental agencies into an enemy of the people and then try to thwart-overthrow a lawfully elected POTUS, a coup—There is no higher form of treason.
