Sedition has never been a capital crime in the US, as far as I’ve seen. It requires conspiracy and force.

If perps are acting for foreign powers (such as Hillary allowing Chinese access to her servers), espionage can still be a capital offense AFAIK.

The most obvious provable charge against all these perps is conspiracy to defraud the US government, which carries a five-year sentence.

Simple. The rules are ALWAYS different for Democrats. Current events are proof enough.
