Bombastic internet host Alex Jones is the beta test of how far that Silicon Valley tech oligarchs looking to curry favor with congressional Democrats will go in their relentless jihad against free speech and voices that are supportive of President Trump.
Last week in what smacks of collusion, Jones was censored by Facebook, Apple’s iTunes store, YouTube, Spotify and others including the Disqus commenting system. The action by Disqus seems to be more of a blow against Jones’ defenders whose voices are also being silenced.

Never the biggest Alex Jones fan, but what’s happening to him should scare everyone. If you are not politically correct and in step, you will be silenced.
Corporate Bullying! This is insane. There absolutely HAS to be a consequence to these companies when they curtail free speech. If the general public is invited to voice opinions, then the first amendment applies....they must be allowed to voice all kinds of opinions. People can choose to view it or block it if they want, but the platforms should not have this right. The First amendment was specifically written with UNPOPULAR opinions in mind!!!
Meanwhile there are plenty of flat earth videos out there. Not to mention “aliens are among us” type crap, and 9/11 conspiracy stuff.
I was not really a watcher, nor fan of his videos, so I don’t know what legitimate reason they have for banning his stuff. Is there one?

Evidently you slurp up anything the gaslight media tells you, even though Alex Jones has won dozens of defamation lawsuits. They don’t tell you about those, so they must not exist.
Just like Trump, Alex Jones has all the right enemies.
But don’t let that bother you. Carry on!
I have a little story.
When I was in college, before iPhones and the internet being available, there was something in our library called the stacks. It had stacks of every publication, many from all around the world. I enjoyed going in there and just stopping and reading from the various newspapers and magazines on all topics.
One day I must have been in the K section. There was one nearly empty shelf spot, with one lone copy of the Klansman sitting there. I picked it up. Right there on the front page was an article with the most hideous caricature drawing of a Jew and a black person, beside an article entitled “Don’t Let Your Kids Go To College.” It was about not sending them to a place where they would mix with blacks and Jews. I was so infuriated and disgusted that I was very close to ripping the paper into a million shreds.
But I didn’t. I realized why that hideous publication was there. To show us what existed in the world. Even ugly evil. I folded it and left it there and never looked at it again.
What has happened that we have lost the ability to allow freedom of all speech (exceptions of immediate danger)? We have lost a very important civics lesson. A very important moral lesson.
What has that got to do with my post? Either you meant to post to someone else or you have me pegged way wrong.
You have to wonder why Jones is being singled out. There are plenty of bat-crap crazy conspiracy-theory people out there.
You compared Jones to flat-earthers. Sounds disparaging to me.
Did Alex Jones finally hit a conspiracy theory that was too close to home?
I am glad he has he own web site. He does not need them.
Because he has exposed so much of what they are doing. He was the first toe expose the Steele “dossier” for what it was.

i.e. I’m saying that even if THEY use the excuse that he’s lying, stupid or ridiculous, then how do they justify those other videos?

The latest ban was because he had posted a video (that the gaslight press had also posted) that showed a little punk shoving somebody around and getting shoved back. The called that “child endangerment.”
