No team can have more than 13% black players. Of course, all of the 54 genders should be represented in the league to the correct %. Approximate 1/2 must be made of non-genetic "females."
Anyone can change race and gender at anytime during the game without telling anyone. If they are called by the wrong gender or race, the other team gets 6 points. Of course, the offending team will also get 6 points.
I can tell you that all of the teams will go to the Slobber Bowl and all teams will get an agreed upon number of points. Everyone on each organization will get a ring and a trophy.
