Agree. I spent most of my time in Abu Dhabi which is a far better place to live and work. I don’t think Dubai will be able to last another 50 years (they are out of oil/gas). Will see.
Oil is a small part of the Dubai economy, international business and shipping plus tourism is the vast majority of the wealth.
