NM JUDGE RELEASED RADICALS OVER RACIAL CLAIMS

Judge Sarah Backus allowed 5 jihadists to walk free. She did it because the prosecutors would not have asked for high bail for any other religion. Sure, they were training kids to shoot up schools but after all, boys will be boys.

Some of you think they had to put up $20,000 a piece to get out of jail. That would be wrong. First of all, a “signature bond” isn’t really a bond. Rather it says if you violate the terms of the release you owe the bond. But if the five of them skip the country, how do you collect? You don’t. She knows if they go out and commit an act of terror, the Democrats will circle the wagons around her.

“Here’s part of the judge’s order denying the prosecutors’ motion to deny bail to the #NewMexicoCompound adults. Judge Sarah Backus essentially accuses the authorities of promoting religious discrimination against Muslims.”

I just don’t understand. I cant grasp this. It’s more stressful to me to be caught in photo-enforced stoplight violation and have to pay $180, than it is for them to face a lenient judge for conducting violence and acts against children. I am not a SJW, but where is the justice in this overall failure to regulate criminal behavior with even a light hand?

How does this not generate federal charges? How on Earth does this get only handled locally?

Uh, I finally got it after reading the article closely. The problem is not the judge. The problem is the dunce prosecutor. The state did not make any credible case against the perpetrators. What then is the judge supposed to do? Invent a reason when the state had none to offer?

DUH !

I read the article and it doesn’t say one word about what the prosecutors actually said in their filing. The only quote in the article is the judges accusation.

The judge said that the state did not provide a case with evidence, the way I read it. Where does the article mention not the charge, but the evidence?

The judge said ...

Exactly! That is all this article has is her word and you believed every word as if it's gospel.

Where does the article mention not the charge, but the evidence?

It doesn't. Not one word about either. Which you already know since you "closely" read it.

DUH !

Sure they would have. If they were running a training camp and one dead kid.
