That's debatable. 1st Amendment guarantee of freedom of speech and freedom of the press (protected from interference by Congress.)
Is the press then free to block the truth or dissenting opinions on their public sites without forewarning the public of what they are doing, as in the case of Twitter shadow banning conservative speech? Sounds like a 1st Amendment related issue to me. I'm not a lawyer, but maybe we should consult one or two.
