They slammed Bill Cosby for berating blacks when he said, “You’ve got to stop beating up your women because you can’t find a job, because you didn’t want to get an education and now you’re (earning) minimum wage. You should have thought more of yourself when you were in high school, when you had an opportunity.”
Cosby’s statements must have been the catalyst for his exposure as a rapist. As a fan of Cosby, he deserved what he got, but if he hadn’t pulled away the veil, they may have swept his abuse under the rug. I can’t imagine what they will do to The Rev. Jasper Williams Jr. They will be looking under the rug to find dirt on him.
