Regarding Boston, Amazon just has to have its eyes on the formerly known as Wynn casino property. The facility is close to the airport, it’s steps from Boston proper, and it’s just about the size of facility Amazon is looking for.

We just learned they have already broken ground here (Bakersfield CA) on an Amazon facility that will hire over 1,500. Not sure when it opens. It was a big secret and a big surprise.

Amazon has been ramping up hiring in the 20 cities it shortlisted for its HQ2 search and Philadelphia is dead last in those efforts while Virginia, Boston and New York rank in the top three...
