If you showed me that tattoo with no context and asked me who it was, I wouldn’t know. That does not look like Hilly. Maybe if the clothing was the tablecloth she was wearing recently, I might recognize the fabric pattern OR if it was a full length Hilly tattoo where you could see the outfit was a pantsuit & the famous cankles were on display, then I might have said ‘Hilly’. What a LOSER tattoo.
