That unfortunate person’s life is going to get ruined....all just for seeking to lend a helping hand.
How many of us have employers who will hold our jobs while we are away for MONTHS defending ourselves in court?

My life now is pretty darn good. Terrific family, great friends, health, and a delightful home in a pleasant small town.
My hope is that this Good Samaritan has a fantastic support structure and is independently wealthy...they are going to need it.
