President Trump’s pardon powers are absolute. He can pardon Manafort for any and all crimes committed by him up to and including the day of the pardon. He can do it without Manafort asking for it. The crimes do not have to be named. But I do think Manafort should have to give up his property.
I think RosenWeasel and Weasel Mueller should have to give up their property.
