These tweets caught my attention last night, as Whelan is prominent in conservative legal circles and might know of matters afoot behind the scenes that the rest of us plebes aren’t aware of yet. He seems very confident that the Ford matter is about to blow up in Democrats’ faces somehow.

there were multiple internet reports last night, unconfirmed, that Ford wrote the same letter a while back but she accused Gorsuch of the same acts...i’m told Rush read these reports on air...Gorsuch and Kavanaugh were two years apart at Georgetown Prep- let’s hope this is it...

There were numerous rumors yesterday on Twitter(Yeah yeah I know, its twitter) that Dr. Ford sent a letter last year with similar accusations against Neil Gorsuch..if she sent it to Feinstein, how come Feinstein didnt do anything about it..because she KNEW it was total BS..but since now it looks like the Supreme Court with Kavanaugh on it will lean more Conservative, the Commies need to stop that from happening

It's been said that Feinstein released it accidentally, by sending the wrong thing by email to the wrong address, or some similar senior moment. She's already done that more than once in other connections.

I agree, but the hope of SSS (Sudden Spine Syndrome) is remote. The accuser’s lawyer has introduced the notion, contrary to the accuser’s letter, that there was a second girl at the alleged event. That was a tactical move — she wants the Reps to worry that a false corroborating witness might be waiting in the wings to ambush them once they support Kavanaugh.
