Yep - had a case on a base where a gal claimed rape...turns out they were drinking and she initiated the act...then she came out of a blackout during the act and thought she was being raped....which it must have seemed like to her despite the facts. A young airman almost had his career and life ruined because of alcohol and a young woman needed up having her own “indelicacies” aired out for the same reason....
