Totally ridiculous. This wouldn’t even make a case on Judge Judy’s court. Without a shred of evidence yet she holds the Senate hostage. I say replace all of them with Judge Judy. LOL.
Not just the Senate being held hostage.
This is holding SCOTUS and our entire Judicial system hostage for another year with 4-4 votes, keeping plaintiffs before it at a distinct disadvantage
