I consider Judge Kavanaugh to be a good jurist, father, son and overall good human being. One word I do not immediately associate with him is conservative. From the summations of his work that I’ve read, I consider him to be more of a moderate in the mold of his mentor, Justice Kennedy. To those Democrats and activists seeking to block his confirmation, I would remind you to be careful what you wish for, as you just might get your way. What happens if the next nominee is a true conservative and there you stand, having spent your political capital on a moderate?

Maybe...but it upsets me to think Kavanaugh just get sent back to where he came from as damaged goods. It’d be nice that he be confirmed AND that this experience ground him in the reality of all the evil forces at work in our society and help him make clearer decisions for the country at large in the future...

Maybe he wasn’t as conservative as you would prefer. However, that may have changed recently. He is being attacked by moderates and liberals and even so-called conservatives. He is seeing first hand how evil the left is.

He was up until Thursday. Bet now he's itching to kick some socialist rat butt.
