Since a person born to a Kenya citizen and an underage American woman was allowed to run for president TWICE, precedence overrules your criteria. Judge Kavanaugh is a great fan of precedence. He used that word dozens of times during the judicial committee hearings.
A WRONG “precedence” does not make it Constitutional. It amazes me how many FReepers think the Constitution can be changed by somebody transgressing it’s rules. The ONLY way to change the Constitution is clearly stipulated in the Constitution and must be adhered to. Somebody getting away wih a lie once does not make it the law of the land.
