It’s hard to believe that Congressional DemocRATS could get any dumber , but the election of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to Congress would actually lower their average IQ even further. Who knew!
I recall discussing it with friends during a game of Dungeons and Dragons back in college....we decided that the composite intelligence of a group of stupid characters was lower than that of any one of them.

Joe Crowley found a method of registering with another party (the Family Party, I think) and he’s on the ballot (as is a GOP guy). I think Crowley can take 50-percent of the vote with O-C and the GOP guy taking 25-percent each.
The key factor that people miss on this district (Brooklyn) is that around half the population is Latino. So in the primary, without a lot of real advertising....someone hyped up that she was Ocasio-Cortez...a Latino. It didn’t matter what her stupidity level was. For typical primary votes in this district...you rarely have more than 25-to-30 percent of voters show up....so this Latino-brand sold and got more folks to show....O-C wins by this Latino brand name.
After looking at how this worked, I’m of the mind that in 2020...the GOP ought to go out and find a Latino from the district and heavily brand the guy/gal, and work strictly on getting Latino votes.
