I am recognizing that if you are in a place where you might encounter Anfia, one must understand it is controlled by their co-sponsors. Those co-sponsors are likely to make an example of you for killing one of their foot soldiers. The law as written means nothing to them. They only care about the law to the extent that it supports their position.
Do you honestly think were you to kill some Antifa lowlife in self-defense in any democART run city that you would escape murder charges? Do you honestly think that a judge or jury in that location would follow the law?
