I love Korean food. Kimche rocks, and I say that as a serious BBQ fanatic. Some of those Korean marinades go so good with a slow pecan smoke and a triple IPA...
I often wondered why Asian people stuff their mouths so full of food when they eat, even the women. I suspect they want the full flavor hitting all their taste buds...but it’s always pretty obvious they do sutff their mouths.
