It actually has to happen before a judge can issue an injunction. It’s born moot.
If he does close the borders surely some judge will issue an injunction. Then the President merely declares a clear and present danger, ignore the injunction by declaring a hostile emergency and remove it from the reach of the judiciary.
Those leaders don’t want to lose their gravy train lifestyles thanks to USA aid that probably goes directly into their pockets

Looks like Mexico has called on the UN to set up camps for the invaders, they will be determined to be refugees or not if they are not they will be sent back home, if they are they will be sent to a country willing to take them BAM!!! They will NOT be coming to the US!!!!

Since the military can’t enforce laws in US territory, maybe we should invade Mexico and establish a one kilometer wide security zone on the Mexican side of the border.
