What one group of barbarians does to another group of barbarians in their barbarian lands is no concern of mine - at least not if your point is that we should invest lives and treasure in making them other than what they are.

Only the media and political class care. Benghazi - just could not get the public to care, which partly explains why Obama and Hillary got away with that mess. Journalists are regarded as badly as ambulance chasers by the public, so why should they care?
And as far as I am concerned why should I care about that Muslim Brotherhood dirt bag or care about a matter concerning the Islamist state of Turkey?
As much as I hate the Saudis, these are all the WRONG reasons to get medieval on their butts.
