Certainly sounds like a group of Hondurans is incoming. What does Ramos say they are doing if not incoming or spreading? We can debate whether or not they are hurtful, but that's not a requirement. Dictionary.com gives the example "the annual invasion of the resort by tourists" which is not hurtful to the resort.

But it's standard practice for racists like Ramos to redefine words (like "racist") so why not try to define "invasion" to fit his narrative.
