I would rather he waited until Ginsberg was replaced. While we theoretically have a 5-4 conservative advantage, I don’t trust Roberts.

I’m pretty skeptical that an Exec order of this type will have any chance of being upheld in the courts.

After all the 14th amendment explicitly states that: “”All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States...”

He knows all of his attempts to secure our sovereignty will be challenged. That's why he's been working so hard behind the scenes to dot the legal i's and cross the t's on this invasion that's in progress.

One more SCOTUS pick will make a LOT of common sense/Constitutional things more possible. MIght be able to do it with the two he already has but we can pray for at least one and maybe even 2 more before his 8 years are up...can even fantasize about 3 more.....

9-0 the Constitution requires birthright citizenship and an Amendment would be required to end it.

Are you SURE this is a case you want them to hear?
