I think I was a freshman in highschool when I learned that a child born of noncitizens in the USA were automatically citizens. I knew that didn’t make sense 50 years ago. It’s either poor legislation or poor interpretation.

Ryan has been a Romney butt buddy since 2912 and as such worthless.
The best thing he’s ever done is retire from the congress. The worst thing, except becoming Speaker, has been staying on as Speaker after deciding to retire.
As you can tell I can’t wait till January 2019 and he leaves us alone!

If DJT does issue an Executive Order it seems highly likely that some Federal judge (appointed by Obama/Clinton/Carter) will rule it “unconstitutional” and then the fun will begin in the courts.Although I'm not a lawyer it's difficult for me to imagine this *not* reaching SCOTUS at some point.
