Two sisters were found bound together, dead, floating in the East River in New York City. For the past few days, the police were asking the public for information, trying to find out who they were. I followed the story carefully because young girls dying in this way raises flags. Knowing what I know now, there is no doubt in my mind this was a double honor killing:
2015: Family moves to Fairfax, Virginia from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
December 2017: Sisters run away and beg police not to tell mom where they were. They return back to Virginia at some stage afterwards

Hard to believe that someone committing suicide would "duct-tape themselves together".

TV news last night implied that they tied themselves up
with duct tape and then drowned themselves because
THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF HOMICIDE.
The anchors did not explain how they tied themselves
back to back, with their hands behind their backs with
duct tape.
Yeah, that’s why all those muslim women and girls chose to not wear their headscarves.
That’s why a muslim girl I know needed an order of protection from her family.
Since the women submit or face the consequences don’t know if YOUR statement is correct either. Let muslim women rise up to dress or date how they choose and see what happens.
