I’m still too heavy to even attempt ONE push-up but perhaps I will be ready in a couple of months. Also I have almost no willpower and continue to eat, eat, EAT. However, because I have been able to avoid most carbs, I am continuing to lose weight.

Carbs are BAD!

I like Scott Adams advice about exercise. If you find it to hard to get started, start with something very easy like moving your little finger then all your fingers then your wrist and move on to your arms etc...

Since Mrs Infool7 are one of the Obamacare casualties I have a strict zero injury policy, no exercise is worth getting injured over.

I can say that fasting gets easier the more you do it but it is really tough at first.

I started by skipping any breakfast (but not coffee and water) until after my workout so I could keep the fat burn from overnight going then I just started naturally stretching the fast until it was well past lunch. Now Mrs infool7 and I have a late main meal lunch and a light dinner most days.

Oh Glop (Mrs infool7 just started making it around 10:00am again twice or three times a week).

Fit and Active Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
Fit and Active Multigrain Granola w/raisins
and Millville rolled oats.

Big Breakfast on Sunday after 6:30 Mass Mmmmm good.
