The vast majority of Mexican-American especially those in the military are patriotic and would welcome the opportunity to protect their country. The left better not be aiding an opposing military force.
The invasion migrants already ran through the Mexican military and Mexican law enforcement.

I’m not a neocon, I am not a conservative, I’m a military guy and my point is I bet you all supported the IRAQ war but here we are ready to pounce on mexico and teach them a lesson but you’re being wimps about it.
This is exactly what SHOULD happen. On U.S. soil troops are subject to posse comitatus. The second they step foot into Mexico they can possess and hold territory with force if necessary. The Bush Doctrine allows for just that if Mexico control its border.
I think the most reasonable thing to do is to make Mexico stop this invasion. We should just take over their corrupt country, install a federal republic, and leave.
True, but play this out. How quickly would the congress solve this problem if we did a limited in scope incursion?
If it was me making the call, I’d post at least a division along the border, sew three rows of concertina wire, and place claymores in between the rows. I’d spice it up with some Predator drones, too. I don’t care who thee invaders sacrifice to test our resolve: one toe across the line and all that will be left is a smoking hole in the ground.

But again, the cost/benefits analysis. Its just not worth it. Just enforce our existing laws. We can start with the employers. Dry up the jobs and they won’t come. Its as simple as that.
