Acosta actually denies any physical contact with the young woman, even though it is widespread on tape. Of course, CNN shows the edited tape with no contact shown.

Play that way in my subdivision and homeowners would be driving ‘em out faster than police showing up (and giving cops reason to show fast).
The charge would be "Assault and Battery", and the unedited video provides evidence beyond a reasonable doubt.

Antifa NEEDS to be labelled a terrorist organization and dealt with appropriately before people die.
They are inciting violence, physical harm, insinuating in VERY strong terms bodily harm to others. Good people can only take so much before they feel so threatened for themselves, or loved ones that someone will take action eventually.
This is getting out of hand, and needs to stop!

And this is another important reason why Sessions needed to go. The DOJ was doing nothing visible about the Antifa issue. Why?

Once Trump had picked Jeff Sessions, he was up a tree when it was revealed that Sessions would not pursue the “Russia probe” shutdown. Once the mid-term elections were cleared, however, and there was a good chance of seating a nominee who could pass muster with a Republican-majority Senate, as the optics of turning Sessions out of office were much better.
In the sweep, Rod Rosenstein (the real target, so far as Trump was concerned) could be cut loose as well, taking away that last level of protection under which Special Counsel Robert Mueller was operating.
Mueller may take the direction of the investigation either in the direction of where the REAL Russian collusion was going on, or wrap up and get out of town.

I would think with Sleepy’s departure it would be automatic. Rosenweasle was only there because Sleepy was recused from anything to do with the election. Whitaker isn’t recused.
The creep hasn’t even offered an apology and his employer is actually defending his actions.

Since his criminal act occurred while on the clock, CNN is responsible for his attack in a civil suit. Can we say, “DEEP pockets”?
She should bring both criminal and civil charges. The government should regard it as an act of terrorism as well.
