Totally do not understand dudes who want to be girls, or vice versa.
The doctor doesn’t sound like he’s taking any responsibility for this at all. Years ago these quacks claimed that their “patients” all went through the most rigorous psychological exams in order to insure that they really wanted to “change sex” and would be stable enough to handle it.
I’ll bet his bank account is plenty stable though doing 100 of these surgeries per year.
Grave injustices have been perpetrated and the guilty parties got rich over it.
Transgender has a quality that reminds me of people who would starve themselves—anorexia. This was very “popular” back in the nineties. There was much said in the media about people who would starve themselves because they were unhappy. They believed that their body was not slim enough so they would go on rigid diets, would not listen to reason, had to be hospitalized and would diet even to the point of death.
There is something about transgender and anorexia that I think might have something in common. They are both about people who are not happy with themselves and believe that by changing their bodies they will find happiness. Could it be that the constant talk about transgender is having a similar effect on people today? Could transgender be the new anorexia of today?
In California they passed a law that made it illegal for a psychiatrist to assist homosexuals or transgenders from finding their original true identities. Now confused transgender people have to live in their deluded world all of their lives.
The democrats made disfunction legal and compulsive.
Michael Jackson comes to mind.
I wonder how much sex change procedures became popular when the insurance companies began to pay for those procedures after pressure from the lgbtq?
These procedures are very expensive and I’ll bet that the rest of the population picks up the tab when they go to the hospital or their doctors.

Imo, there’s some, maybe many, if not most or all, “transgenders” that are suffering from a mental illness in the same manner that anorexics are.

What we just paid for was a mass sterilization program, a very expensive one but one that is 100% effective.
Where do they even find the replacement

My contention is that the “mental illness” you cite, IS the result of a failed coping mechanism, in response to the sexual abuse.
The penis and vagina are essentially the same tissue. In fetal development, at a certain point, the tissue either splits for female or pops for male. In sex reassignment surgery they use the penis to create a vagina, or use the vagina to make a penis. Just turn them inside out is the simplest way to conceive of it. Really.
I know an anorexic who says starving herself thin makes her feel powerful. She falsely believes that other women are jealous of her for being thin.
Men who pretend to be women seem to hate, envy and resent actual women. Maybe their transgender disorder is about power, too. Perhaps they think women are more powerful so they to become women? Whatever it is, they need psychiatrists not surgery. This is a topic that has driven me further to the Right as the Left has demanded that the public accept mental illnesses as normal, gay marriage, etc.
