Mr. Buckley’s “minutemen,” “neighborhood watch committees”, are really the old time local militias.
I strongly believe the time has come for organizing and “well regulating” them again.
If we let thugs bug our neighborhoods, as we do, alas, we and our culture will fall to the Marxists.
If our culture falls, so will our nation. And if it falls then Islam and communism will rise to fill the vacuum, and our streets will be slippery with our blood.
Neighborhood block watches are a good beginning. The next stage is arming and training those in them.

I had a neighbor who trained German Shepherds for LEA. He taught them commands in German. Thought that was pretty clever ;)

You can beat down my door. I will not resist. I will be out the back door and the last damn thing you will see in your life will be a green dot laser on your heart but you might be a bit difficult to hit as my most gentle and loving dogs will be chewing up your legs. My dogs are really nice. It would take them a few seconds to determine if you are a bad guy. They would be confused at first but once they know I was in danger they would be hell on you.
When a stranger comes to my door they are protective. When I show friendship or say okay they run up to the stranger to be petted. Dogs are smart.
My best dog ever was Greta now sadly gone. If a stranger came to my door she would stand between my wife and the stranger until my wife said okay and then she would run up and demand to be petted. If it was just me she would just lay there and watch. She knew I could probably take care of any problems but just laid there kinda saying, “if you need any help I am here.” She knew my wife needed more protection than me. As said, dogs are smart.
Odd story about my Greta. She was friends of the UPS delivery man. In the summer the UPS man keeps his doors open for deliveries. My Greta would hop up into the van to be petted. One day it was a different delivery man. I went outside to find a terrified delivery man and my dog whining an confused. In effect she was saying, “you are the UPS Man and it is your job to pet me.” I miss that dog.

If they break the front door down they should be met with deadly force. They know you’re there and still violently break in. .12 gauge with double 00 buck to chest or .357 125 grain JHP double tap to chest and one to forehead. This thuggish behavior and intimidation must end.
