Democrats Did Not Take The House
Canada Free Press ^ | 11/13/18 | Rick Hayes

Posted on 11/13/2018 5:33:07 AM PST by Sean_Anthony

What was once known as the Democrat party, no longer exists

The 2018 midterm elections are over and even taking historical election data into consideration, the question heard in many conservative circles is how in the hell, with the Republican-led economy so strong, did Democrats take control of the House? Answer - They didn’t.

Healthcare concerns were an essential element in the midterms, but the topics that energized and mobilized the Democrat base in the 2018 midterms were not even on the radar in 2012 when President Barack Obama won his bid for a second term.

We got rid of a lot of rinos. Sometimes surgery has negative short term consequences for long term healing.

The house is a two year term. I’m reminded of, way back in the 1980’s, a couple of conservative republicans in the liberal seattle/tacoma area won seats in the house. They were BOTH booted out two years later.

2020 is going to be very interesting. We will be in a completely different world than the one we live in today. Let’s see what the future brings.

RINOS GAVE THE SOCIALISTS THE HOUSE.

I haven't seen "the Democrat party" as a political arm in a long time.

All we've been subject to is gauntlet after gauntlet thrown down.

That ain't politics.

That's an agressive army challenging a peaceful nation.

I a really worried about how many people will turn against Repubs this coming year when they file their taxes and can’t claim SALT deductions. Could even affect the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.

A little trick the commie ‘RATS learned from their South of the Border, Hispanic Invader heroes. If they won’t give you something, YOU JUST TAKE IT.

Most of those people are already died in the wool Democrats anyway. But yes, it could change our world.

It’s honestly exciting. Nothing stays the same, and no country lasts forever in its current form. :)

Embrace it! The Lord is in control.

This is what Conservatives have always wanted. Minority status, with greater ideological purity. Go into opposition as a rump Republican party, and then wait for a recession and come back with an explicitly authoritarian program.

So the author asserts that the socialists won using the Democrat party as a shell. It has been that way for as long as I have been politically aware (since Reagan). Once the solid Democrat south was shattered the Dems moved further leftward every year. The only real change now is that some of their old guard is being primaried out, like the Tea Party did to the RINOs in the past decade, rather than just waiting for empty seats. The new winners are those who want to "take over" the country rather than using terms like "invest". But the ends and means are the same. It's just a question of speed and buzz words.

Read the Article itself. The Dems have been Hijacked by the Socialists. End of Story.

But they also stole it for good measure.

On the plus side...at least they did so by leaving or losing. RINOs are cucks with severe Stockholm syndrome. Good riddance to such weak-sister losers. In the long term this is a good thing.

That ain't politics. That's an aggressive army challenging a peaceful nation....a nation it despises.

N-i-c-e take. Your analogy is superb.

Socialists are just Communists with the fig-leaf of claiming to be compassionate. Their economic programs are indistinguishable from each other, certainly in their effect, and when the economy begins to fail as it inevitably must, the social turn more authoritarian than they already are. Dictatorship of the proletariat, their euphemism for “dictatorship by us over you,” is inevitable. Why is with every single Communist country, unspeakable Horrors follow that.

Khrushchev was right, the grandchildren of those then alive will be ruled by Communists.

Aren’t the overwhelming majority of those people in states that vote Democrat by 20-50 point margins?

Socialism is more sinister as it seems better than capitalism but is stifling. It says who will do business and who won't be allowed. Twitter and other innovative businesses wouldn't have a chance under socialism.

And the chance to become wealthy through plain savings by the average Joe is almost impossible.,

Exactly, and now it is the responsibility of the Commander in Chief, and the Republican Leadership to stop the Democrats from taking their Seats in Congress.
