If it’s that simple, it’s unconstitutional on its face. The SCOTUS would rule 9-0 against it if it came before them. Even the Fossil knows that.

I consider this life as similar to The Matrix or a computer game. I’m just visiting in this “body” for a very short time. Afterward comes reality. So, although I believe in doing the right thing and I understand that it can be hard (e.g. Jews in Poland starting on September 1, 1939), life is a mist. And I always remember: In a democracy you get the government you deserve. It just sucks to be there when everyone you vote for loses.
