CNN as well as Jim Acosta can print or publish whatever they want and no one is stopping them. CNN can still get access to the WhiteHouse for information, and so can Jim Acosta, through a surrogate or any other channel other than direct presence.
You’re right to speech and assembly and religion are not contingent upon you being in the same room with one other specific american, whenever you want.
Replace CNN with Comedy Central. They provide more accurate news reporting.
