She would say very indignantly that she is a Christian, and perhaps even elaborate that she is a Baptist like her husband.

She’d say ‘there are good people of all faiths’ and get away with it. Shades of ‘there are good people on both sides’.
Ask her to denounce witches and Satan. She will not be able to do it. Not because she literally believes in the underwood devil. Instead because that psycho granny, all burned out on Mena cocaine and vodka, would literally worry about alienating all the nuts out there who play at being “wiccans”.
