Nobody forget it’s not just the food. Their customer service leaves all of the rest in the dust. It’s the exact opposite of the modern liberal “work ethic.”
You are quite right. My wife and I stopped at the local CFA at 1:45 yesterday afternoon. We hoped the lunch crowd had passed. The cars wrapped the whole way out of the CFA parking lot into the adjacent road(s).
It took exactly 12 minutes for our car to make it to the window and get our food. The male order taker was friendly and well-spoken. The girl at the window was smiling and quick to take payment and return the food.
At almost every other mainline fast food place, their attitude is “Uggh! More customers!” They would take 12 minutes to deliver food...with no other customers in sight. Every time we visit a McKFKing Bell, it’s the same story: Cold, under-filled fries. Sandwich slathered with some condiment we expressly told them not to use. Lettuce all through the no-lettuce taco. And served by angry, unhelpful workers.
