I sure he got a lot of white voters who thought is was time for a black president. He also got 935 of the black votes and then did nothing for them. To give him credit, as long as he has a written speech or teleprompter he can be very persuasive but now with no speech writer he is a complete buffoon.

I find his oral delivery to be arrogant, condescending and written for the listening skills of a 6th grader. Given the fact that Trump won the next election, Obama (thankfully) was not as persuasive as one might think.
