Kellyanne Conway’s husband keeps slamming Trump for claiming 9th Circuit Court judges are Barack Obama appointees. US District Judge Jon Steven Tigar is on the 9th Circuit Court. He is a Barack Obama appointee. His decision was that requiring applicants for refugee status to follow established legal procedures discriminates against the estimated 500 members of the migrant caravan whose criminal records make following established legal procedures impractical was unconstitutional. Funny how all the Obama judges on the 9th Circuit Court have these twisted opinions on the Constitution! Kellyanne’s husband is a jackass!
