Very sad. One might hope for a pediatric outreach to serve a little charitable time, or offer rotating on-call time to toddlers in these facilities. Many physicians and dentists do charitable cases.
Basically the mother had a greater priority than the interests of her innocent precious baby daughter, drug through a barbaric foot trail from El Salvador to the USA. Babies are tools for gain and self gratification for secular adults. Unconscionable wench wants money and leisure on the head of her dead daughter.
