Fear gets you to look at what you can do to prepare for whatever you fear.
Fear is not a bad thing. It is a survival response. If it spurs you to action then it is good. If it causes you to freeze (no pun intended) then you probably would not have survived in any case.

Fear gets you to look at what you can do to prepare for whatever you fear.
for me, knowledge provides the motivation to avoid danger.
fear is useful in fight-or-flight instinctive reaction.
but, if fear is your prime motivation, you'll just flee one thing-then another, especially if media is providing the impetus.
try to use your intellect instead of your fear instinct unless the danger is immediate.
