Some of those vids remind me of the following instruction in the Illinois Drivers' Manual, "Rules of the Road", many years ago. (Close) paraphrasal:

"If the other driver fails to yield the right of way, give it to him. (The right of way, that is!)

I think the Russians forgot to include that last part in their manual.

3. I will drive with my eyes closed if I want to.
