As a result of #metoo, women are being segregating but then turn around say they need men to advance.
Men can absolutely say they will not be forced to interact with women for fear of “pound me too.” That can’t be fought on a civil rights platform.
California can force women on a board but it can’t force her to be listened to since everyone will see her as a token.
3rd wave feminism is setting women back 100 years and making them couch fainters and pearl clutchers.
