This is HUGE, actually. Some team of really slimy lawyers (but I repeat myself) who want to target Deep Pocket$ can now represent anyone suing Bill Clinton, even in civil court (paging Kathleen Willey, Juanita Broadderick, Paula Jones, etc), and can attach the billions in the Clinton Foundation, as Bill has "pierced the corporate veil", and allowed those dollars to be part of any lawsuit against him.
Hopefully someone picks up on this soon.
