The child is Honduran and its natural born citizenship is that of its parents, no matter where it was born. No child should have its natural born right to parental citizenship absconded from them by the alien land where it may have been born. If the child wants foreign (U.S.) citizenship when it reaches adulthood, it can apply for it like all non-US citizens can do. The mother will be on a list of people permanently denied citizenship for breach of border and intent to deny her child parental birth right citizenship.
from the suggested constitutional amendment of my immigration reform proposal:
SECTION 3. The first sentence of SECTION 1 of Amendment XIV is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. Henceforth, every child born in the USA after ratification shall be born with the citizenship of their mother as of 320 days prior to birth.
SECTION 5. No person may be granted US citizenship unless the person is over age 22
and proves US residence in at least 54 of the prior 60 months and
lawful US earnings typical of full-time employment for at least four of the five prior calendar years.
SECTION 6. No treaty may be entered into that would or could,
require US residency, naturalization, citizenship or welfare benefits to be granted,
restrict/bar deportation,
impair US entry security,
impose any form of international taxation within the United States,
require any contingent payment from any domestic person or entity, or
other than a treaty solely dealing with a domestic Indian tribe or intellectual property, remain in force in excess of ten years.
SECTION 7. No bill proposing an immigration/naturalization legal change and a federal expenditure for any extraneous purpose may become law.
SECTION 8. Any state may require state/federal photo ID tender for state-related voting purposes, subject to appropriate federal statutory law.
SECTION 9. Every domestic government shall require proof of US citizenship & state/federal photo ID tender for governmental voting purposes after 2023, subject to appropriate federal statutory law.
SECTION 10. Federal employer/income taxation may be levied at no more than 120% of existing rates.
Federal employer/income taxation limits/rates/rate thresholds may be changed by no more than 1/20th in any year.
Citizenship would come from the mother. Otherwise, we’d be the world’s leading exporter of sperm.
Well ... duh.
This makes me want to puke. This crap has been going on for years.
BUILD THE DAMNED WALL!!!
One quick update. She requested — and received — an asylum hearing, the family was released on its own recognizance on Dec. 2.
... that’s “bean go” ... away !
Write home and tell all your friends, honey.
Further she and her husband and children were ‘escorted’ by a news organization to document their trip. Including being filmed when they jumped the fence.
The idea was to get her into the US for delivering her baby. She has been quoted saying that being in the US now is the 'Big Reward" for taking the trip to the border.
This is essentially the crux of the president’s argument as well.

Here they are being trucked.....
Should have put /sarc at the end of that.
How much do you think the hospital bill is? I bet they paid cash.....not
Exactly.
That’s all very interesting, especially the part about a news organization documenting her ‘entry’ into the U.S. As we wrote here (https://libertyunyielding.com/2018/12/03/aiding-and-abetting-criminals-is-itself-a-crime-even-when-the-crime-is-illegal-border-crossing/), anyone caught aiding and abetting a crime against the U.S. should be held liable.
Heck a Representative brought in seven illegals and boasted about it in the news.....so I don’t see aiding and abetting this is ever going to be seen as a crime.
In our country some are more above the law than others obviously.
Have you heard of all of the women that give birth here and then head back to their country? They are able to claim benefits and somehow collect while they are in their country. Not sure if they sell their benefits or if they have money directly deposited in their bank account but they do get money for their newborn.
And yes, I agree with you. The whole family shouldn’t be allowed to piggyback on the one child illegally born here
Goes to show that entitlement isnt just an American thing.
