I thought the flames were more common on excerpted blogs, not on those posted in their entirety.
Don’t worry about them. You’ll find out if the management has a real problem with you.
However, the management here is liberal in the true and good sense of the word, while being quite nicely conservative.
I think you are already making a substantial contribution here.

That said, I am not against an occasional blogger started thread...this person is new enough they simply might not know the breach of etiquette he or she performed.
