Correct! Thank you. It's a pet peeve of mine that people refer to genders instead of sex. There are exactly two sexes. You want to be a gender like a noun? Go ahead, but your sex is binary and you don't get to choose it. It chose you back when daddy's seed buried itself in an egg.
That phrase, “sex assigned at birth”, is dangerously inaccurate.
Sex can be discovered through a blood test (using mom’s blood) even before the baby is developed enough for sex organs to show in an ultrasound. Your sex is hardwired into you from the very beginning.
