The Clinton Foundation operated as a foreign agent ‘early in its life’ and ‘throughout it’s existence’ and did not operate as a 501c3 charitable foundation as required by its and is not entitled to its status as a nonprofit, alleged two highly qualified forensic investigators, accompanied by three other investigators, said in explosive testimony Thursday to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
John Moynihan and Lawerence W. Doyle, both graduates of the Catholic Jesuit College of the Holy Cross and former expert forensic government investigators, gave their shocking testimony before congress based on a nearly two-year investigation into the foundation’s work both nationally and internationally. They were assisted by three other highly trained experts in taxation law and financial forensic investigations. The forensic investigators stressed that they obtained all the documentation on the foundation legally and through Freedom of Information Request Acts from the IRS and other agencies.
They followed only the money.

Using the excuse that “we gave it to the FBI 3 times” dont cut the mustard when you get called in front of a congressional oversight committee. You have triplicate certified copies, thumb drive, blu-ray and the PGP key to unlock it all and you hand it over.
Those two were two wrapped up in their own stupendousness. I would of had them taken into protective custody whether they liked it or not.

Yesterday he was interviewed about treatment for child sex offenders:
Utah’s top federal law enforcers question the effectiveness of treatment programs for child sex offenders.
“In our career and our experience, rehabilitation — although a laudable goal — is unrealistic in dealing with these types of offenders,” U.S. Attorney for Utah John Huber said Thursday. “Stiff justice is an appropriate remedy, first and foremost, for keeping people safe.”
Huber and Eric Barnhart, FBI special-agent-in-charge in Salt Lake City, met with reporters Thursday to talk about current crime trends in the state. Huber called the proliferation of sex crimes involving children troubling.
Federal prosecutors filed 54 child exploitation cases involving possession, distribution and production of child pornography this year — 10 more than last year and 13 more than they year before.
“We cannot tolerate this. We should not tolerate any of this,” Huber said.
