Obstruction of justice, in the slimmest of cases, means that, the Mueller team, which is composed of all liberal Trump haters, could be expected to do even worse things with those that they have investigated who had deeper relationships with Trump.
If the slimmest of cases is reversed, then, the whole set of investigations and prosecutions should all be thrown out too.
Seems like this 302 could be the thread that starts to unravel the whole put-up job if Judge Sullivan would just give it a little pull...
Why, in 2018, do the FBI still use the antiquated method of writing up a report of what was said in an interview, and not the modern method of recording the interview so there’s no question of what was said?

There has to be clear case dismissal evidence in the original 302s because they would likely show that the subsequent 302s were a contrived effort to concoct a storyline that Flynn lied. As it turns out, the 302s they have offered up so far actual reveal that there exists original 302s, which they have not provided. Rather than provide Judge Sullivan with the original 302 smoking gun, they have elected to push the envelope to the edge. It ain’t going to work with Salty Sullivan. He has these traitor’s number. Senator Stevens’ case that led to a professional misconduct dismissal was more than enough chicanery for Judge Sullivan. Now the arrogant, self-righteous bastards are trying to play the same Judge again. They are in big, big do-do on Tuesday. I hope it includes a show cause for contempt, a bar referral for disbarment, and dismissal of the Flynn case by the crusty Judge. If Mueller’s henchmen go down, so goes Mueller.
Let me throw out a theory that is more of a feeling than anything else. It comes from the facts that don’t make any sense. Flynn lied about nothing. He was the NSA to the president. He could lie. Security was his job. He could amend. Thats fine and done all the time. So why plead guilty to something you clearly could get out of. Why are they spending 2 years and lots of people going after a few folks. Why is Justice Roberts never heard from. The FISA courts appear to be lied to. What of the numerous times that congress was hacked.
I wonder this. Is Russia a ruse. And I don’t mean they are going after the republicans by the democrats. Maybe there is some of that. I believe there was a much bigger hack. I wonder if Russia or China, or both are all over our government. And that there is a behind the scenes investigation and sweep much larger than what you see.
Now that Kelly is leaving, maybe he has determined that the President is OK. The few bad apples are gone. He is clean. But there are lots of attacks from inside the FBI, inside the computers, and inside the CIA. Its obvious that the congress was a cesspool of leaks and hacks. But maybe the Never Trumpers and the democrat party are also hacked by criminals or governments in China or Russia.
We all saw wiki-leaks. But maybe those were just a small portion of the emails. Maybe they had everything from everybody, not just small stuff about Hillary. In that case Trump is fresh air to the US government. He comes in with few connections. Nobody could have guessed he would win. So they would have to have attached themselves to him relatively recently. So we see a few Trump friends get hit. But that is because the contacts were hurried and crude. So they were easier to spot. But Clinton and Obama may have been filled with compromised people. So too would the Bushes.
With the internet and trade throughout the world, our country is too easy to compromise. So maybe Mattis and Kelly and Rogers were there as the few who could be trusted. And as they leave, you can feel a bit better about what they leave behind. And when people don’t take the job of Chief of staff. Maybe they don’t feel they can stand the scrutiny. There are only so many perfectly clean people in DC.
Can the judge arrest Mueller for contempt?
Send two honest FBI agents to Mueller’s hose at 3am, drive him to his office and force him to produce the record.

Maybe I don’t know what I should about legal issues, but it sure looks like defense teams for Cohen, Manafort, Flynn and Trump are terribly lazy. With all the corruption of the Muller team and the fbi right under their noses, they look to be not noticing.
Slighly late to this thread. Strzok was required to fill out a 302. It looks like he did not comply. He had 5 days from the interview. The other guy was transferred and hidden. This is a crime by Meuller and McCabe. RR is fully involved.
Meuller knew this was his Waterloo. He tried to play out the string of lies. All involved were guilty of Obstruction. That includes the original Judge(Contreas). Flynn has let this play out because he has no choice. Judge will dismiss charges with misconduct. Contreas is the person they are trying to save. Meuller has lost his leverage. Time for the show to start!
