I can tell you what I did to lose two notches in my belt.

Those lil hazelnut creamers for your coffee.....

I started working at this job, selling coffee to businesses, 18 months ago.

I went from dead last to number one in my region and #4 out of 157 sales people.

I also went from 195#’s to 230#’s.

those lil cups of hazelnut or French Vanilla creamers are sohhh delicious!

I drink 5-8cups of coffee a day and because we get those creamers free, as a benefit, I would regularly drop 10-15 in double cup of coffee...

Here is the crazy thing. I can’t really stand the taste of sugary anything.

However, because it was free, I came to like these lil innocuous flavors.....

HOwever, each one of those lil cups of flavor has 45 calories. Which means I was drinking 450-700 calories with every cup of coffee.

I stopped dropping those lil cups in my coffee and for doing nothing more than eliminating two or candy bars of coffee 5-7 times a day, I am losing weight.

Black coffee is fine and coffee with a little milk and artificial sweetener is fine.

I love my coffee flavorings also. I lost about 25 lbs 10 years ago (put it back on since.) I was walking a lot, fasting and drinking my coffee black. Ummmmm?

I use no-carb cashew milk in my coffee.

Good post. Also drinking unsweet tea is good — no kind of sweetener — you develop a taste for it.
