Yes, the fact that you’ll live longer and feel better are huge rewards. Long-term rewards.

What is really admirable (and amazing) about this achievement in the present is the discipline it took to lose that much!

So it’s a victory for your health, and a victory for your self-esteem, richly deserved.

The main thing for me was taking Crave Stop which completely eliminated my carb cravings. In fact, since I started taking it, the only big carb intake I had was my sister-in-law's pumpkin pie cake I ate over Thanksgiving and that weekend. It wasn't carb cravings that pulled me in but the memory of how good her pumpkin pie cake tasted. One piece let to another and another and another and...

However in general I have avoided the carbs because I take Crave Stop daily. In fact, just about 10 minutes ago I swallowed a capsule.
